Is there a store I can go to to get a Pokemon doll?

So I have a little cousin who loves pokemon and I would love to get her a little Squirtle plushie from Pokemon any ideas where they would sell that?
I would prefer to stay away from the internet only because I only have a short while to get it and internet shopping also has shipping to pay.

I would recommend trying to find such items on Ebay since this is a great site for many items including those of novelty!

That or I know in Japan there is a Pokémon store!!
